Our client, a leader in technology and data analytics, is seeking a Software Developer - Senior to join their dynamic team. As a Software Developer - Senior, you will be an integral part of the Analytics and Data Support department, working closely with technology leadership, corporate strategy, finance, and enterprise reporting stakeholders. Location: Austin, TX / Secondary Work Location - Southlake, TX
Pay Range: $68/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Support analytics, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision support for technology capacity planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze data from enterprise sources like Clarity and Jira.
- Develop and enhance workflows using Alteryx, and create dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
- Validate data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and document repeatable processes for efficiency.
- Support capacity analytics, data preparation, and process automation to improve operational visibility.
What's Needed?
- Experience with analytics development, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and enterprise data sources like Clarity and Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data validation, troubleshooting, and documentation processes.
