Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect & Customer Success Advisor

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect to join their team. As an architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting enterprise clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $49/Hour (No 3rd Party or C2C)

What's the Job?

• Lead customer adoption and consumption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Agents.
• Advise clients on AI transformation, Copilot readiness, governance, security, and compliance.
• Design and support deployment of Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Drive user adoption through change management strategies, executive sponsorship, communications, and training plans.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, cloud technologies, or related technical roles.
• 2+ years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Analytics, Copilot Control System, and related AI tools.
