Technical Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Technology Resilience program, collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams. Your role will focus on enhancing the organization’s ability to respond to, recover from, and learn from technology disruptions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for technical excellence, aligning seamlessly with the company's mission to maintain operational resilience and technological robustness.

Location:Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $45 hourly on w2

What's the Job?

• Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery strategies.
• Participate actively in technical discussions across multiple domains including servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.
• Assist in producing high-quality recovery test reports and executive presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to strengthen organizational resilience.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to understand technical conversations independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with SNOW BCM Module and creating dashboards in ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and changing demands.
