Senior Test Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Test LEAD/Manager to join their team. As a Senior Test Lead/Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Test Lead/ Manager

Location: San Francisco, California

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage a team of 15 testing associates to ensure quality standards are met
• Oversee testing activities including functional, automation, and performance testing
• Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Implement and improve test management processes and tools
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and QA process metrics for project success

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
• Thorough understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle
• Proven leadership experience managing testing teams and delivery management
• Hands-on testing experience with functional, automation, and performance testing
• Experience working within a banking application ecosystem, retail banking experience is a plus
