Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a passionate Automotive Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Automotive Systems Engineer

Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct thorough analysis to verify CFOs align with project goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for global feature strategies.
• Support the development of new platform features and program-specific enhancements.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to inform development processes.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Effective project coordination skills and experience in automotive systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards and regulatory requirements.
