What's the Job?
- Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct thorough analysis to verify CFOs align with project goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for global feature strategies.
- Support the development of new platform features and program-specific enhancements.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to inform development processes.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- 3 to 5 years of automotive industry experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Effective project coordination skills and experience in automotive systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards and regulatory requirements.
