Workday Developer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent)

Our client, a leading organization in the human resources and technology sector, is seeking a Workday Developer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent) to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Developer (Software Engineer 4 - Contingent), you will be an integral part of the HRIT Compensation team supporting global compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and support Workday Extend solutions for compensation processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
• Lead technical initiatives, including coding, testing, debugging, and deploying solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of HR technology projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of experience in Workday Extend development.
• Proficiency in building integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and Reporting.
• Knowledge of Workday Compensation and general HR systems experience.
• Strong coding, testing, debugging, and deployment skills with a focus on technical development.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and lead technical projects.
