Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Automation & AI Architect to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Automation & AI Architect, you will be an integral part of the Automation and AI Development Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge automation technologies to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

Location: Alpharetta, GA 

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement advanced automation solutions utilizing RPA and autonomous AI agents to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Lead end-to-end automation projects, ensuring scalable, reliable, and adaptable solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Integrate agentic AI frameworks and tools into enterprise workflows to enhance decision-making and operational flexibility.
• Maintain expertise in automation technologies, including UiPath, OCR, Web Automation, and Mainframe command-based automation, to deliver innovative solutions.

What's Needed?

• Proven industry experience of 5+ years in full-stack web application development, with expertise in ASP.NET, C#.NET, .NET CORE 8, MVC, JavaScript, Python, and jQuery.
• 6-10+ years of automation experience, including 2+ years working hands-on with UiPath and certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Associate.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle SQL (preferably Oracle 19c or later), IIS administration, and database management.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI frameworks, integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise workflows, and experience with OCR, Web Automation, Windows Automation, Email Automation, XML, REST API, and Mainframe commands.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple projects.
