AI Workflow Engineer

Our client, a Semiconductor Engineering Organization, is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to join their team. As an AI Workflow Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Productivity organization supporting Silicon IP, SoC Development, Design Verification, and Program Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and excellent collaboration abilities that will align successfully in the organization.

Pay: $60/hr W2

What’s the Job?

• Build AI agents and workflow automations for engineering and SoC development processes.
• Develop RAG solutions using engineering specifications, test plans, project data, and technical documentation.
• Integrate repositories, engineering tools, reporting systems, and documentation platforms.
• Create AI copilots for code review, specification analysis, debugging, coverage analysis, and project tracking.
• Transform proof-of-concept solutions into production-ready AI systems and productivity tools.

What’s Needed?

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of RTL design, simulation, design verification, regression testing, and coverage workflows.
• Hands-on experience building production-quality AI applications, agents, plugins, or workflow automation solutions.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
