Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Buyer to join their team. As a Buyer, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting procurement and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Analyze supply and demand weekly to identify gaps, risks, and purchasing actions.
- Drive purchase requisitions and purchase order execution for electronic hardware, custom sheet metal, and cable assemblies.
- Provide clear order status, delivery visibility, and issue escalation updates to management.
- Maintain purchase order dates and procurement timing to support quarterly budget planning and execution accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering, program management, finance, and procurement teams to validate demand and execute procurement strategies.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of procurement, buying, planning, logistics, or related supply chain experience.
- Experience supporting electronic components or hardware-related materials.
- Proficiency with MRP systems and strong working knowledge of purchase order execution.
- Strong Excel skills for tracking, analysis, and status reporting, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Ability to work autonomously after training and manage multiple priorities effectively.
