Senior AI Engineer

Our client, a leading enterprise in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior AI Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be an integral part of the AI Engineering and Agent Development department supporting enterprise-wide AI solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for advancing AI technologies, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Senior AI Engineer

Location:Irving, TX (On-site)

What's the Job?

• Design and implement agent orchestration patterns, including multi-agent coordination, task decomposition, workflow execution, and tool chaining
• Build end-to-end agentic solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Develop declarative and custom AI agents tailored to enterprise needs
• Create orchestration layers for planning, execution, validation, and recovery processes
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources leveraging Microsoft Graph and other platforms

What's Needed?

• Deep hands-on experience building AI Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions across Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive
• Knowledge of workflow automation, agent orchestration, and multi-step business solutions
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry is a plus but not required
