Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Governance Risk Analyst (Plano or Charlotte) to join their team. As a Governance Risk Analyst (Plano or Charlotte), you will be part of the Global Technology Change Governance & Oversight team supporting internal control and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and execute global technology Change Control processes to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
- Define controls, measure process performance, and report findings on a regular basis
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Change processes, engaging with Risk, Audit, and external Regulators
- Support change management deliverables, including issue/risk logs, status reports, and project documentation
- Establish effective communication channels with team members and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of overall experience, preferably within a banking or financial environment
- 5+ years of experience in Governance and Control within an IT department
- Strong knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and routines
- Experience with analysis and reporting using Excel, Pivot, Tableau, SQL, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders
