Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate collaborative spirit, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Build executive, operational, and strategic reports that facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Create complex data models, KPIs, calculations, and DAX measures to support analytics needs.
• Develop scalable data ingestion pipelines into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and optimize data processing workflows.
• Support statistical process control (SPC) reporting and implement process monitoring dashboards for operational excellence.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions with a strong understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery and cloud-native services.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and data engineering concepts.
• Experience building enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and reports for executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
