Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Solution Architect (.NET/Java) NJ to join their team. As a Lead Solution Architect (.NET/Java) NJ, you will be part of the Solution Architecture Department supporting modernization and platform transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead the redesign and modernization of the COA Maintenance Module, defining target-state architecture.
  • Establish foundational design and technical frameworks to support scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver robust, future-ready platforms.
  • Drive key architectural decisions that align with strategic initiatives and long-term growth.
  • Evaluate current systems, identify gaps, and develop a roadmap for future platform evolution.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles within enterprise environments.
  • Proven expertise in designing scalable application architectures with a focus on maintainability and extensibility.
  • Deep understanding of application management, reference data, and maintenance platforms in financial services.
  • Strong background in requirements analysis, business process design, and translating needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data modeling, system integrations, API architectures, and modernization strategies.
