Our banking client is seeking a Code Scanning Specialty Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Code Scanning Specialty Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Security Engineering Department supporting cloud-native application security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for innovative security solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Code Scanning Specialty Engineer

Location: Irving, TX - hybrid (open to Columbus, OH as well)

Pay Range: 70-80/hr W2
(due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)

Duration: 12+ month contract 
 

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and at least one additional language such as Golang, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud-native development and implementing GenAI-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of security automation, code scanning, and vulnerability detection techniques.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and development.
• Strong systems thinking skills and experience in software engineering fundamentals.
