Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Software Product Management is required. Advanced proficiency in COBOL is recommended.
• Lead the development and refinement of product strategies that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the product team to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate changes and adapt the product roadmap accordingly.
• Support and mentor team members by sharing expertise and encouraging innovative problem-solving approaches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
