Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their team. As a Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be part of the Incubation, Data, and AI Strategy Team supporting strategic transactions and AI-related procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to legal challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of AI-related deal inquiries, ensuring swift and effective processing to accelerate business growth.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex AI procurement, SaaS, and data licensing agreements, providing clarity and risk mitigation.
- Lead negotiations and oversee the contract lifecycle, utilizing AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed on AI, data regulations, and contracting trends, translating insights into internal guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate across functions to support strategic initiatives related to contracts, data, and AI strategy, fostering a cohesive legal approach.
What's Needed?
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school.
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar or relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of five years of relevant legal experience, preferably in technology transactions, SaaS, or AI/data-related legal matters.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with strong analytical and business judgment.
- Experience with AI/ML legal issues is preferred, with 1-2 years of relevant exposure.
