Senior UX Designer

Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be an integral part of the Design Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:Senior UX Designer

Location: East Hanover, NJ

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from research to implementation
• Create and refine user interface components to enhance usability across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, web, and Alexa
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to gather requirements and translate them into engaging designs
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Mural, Miro, and Office 365 to develop prototypes and communicate ideas effectively
• Identify usability issues and generate innovative solutions to improve overall user experience

What's Needed?

• Proficiency with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and creating reusable UI components is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of the complete design cycle, including research, requirements gathering, iteration, validation, and QA
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to think critically, handle ambiguity, and propose alternative design solutions
