Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a AML Technical Business Analyst to join their team. As a AML Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the Global Financial Crimes department supporting transaction monitoring transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for migration from legacy transaction monitoring systems to NICE Actimize SAM
- Collaborate with AML investigators, compliance teams, and technology stakeholders to understand existing scenarios and future requirements
- Analyze transaction monitoring rules, thresholds, alert generation logic, and case management workflows
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for implementation teams
- Perform data mapping, source-to-target analysis, and reconciliation between legacy systems and NICE Actimize SAM
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- At least 7 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services organizations
- Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize SAM implementation, migration, or support projects
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, joins, reconciliation, and data validation
- Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation
