Senior Project Manager - Business Testing Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Program Management Office supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and strong leadership qualities, which will enable you to succeed and thrive within a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager- Business Testing Manager 

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Range: $55-$68/hour, w2 

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end testing strategy for a large enterprise transformation program.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams including product, technology, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Establish and manage comprehensive testing plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to clarify testing requirements and go-live expectations.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across various workstreams to maintain program health.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles within enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience developing and managing testing strategies, schedules, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and working closely with technical teams.
