Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Full time, Permanent, Senior Director Oracle Cloud Solution Architect to join their team. As a Senior Director Oracle Cloud Solution Architect, you will be part of the strategic leadership supporting the technology and consulting divisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $169,000 - $200k - Commensurate with Experience 

What's the Job?

• Lead the consulting sales process across multiple Oracle SaaS pillars including ERP, SCM, and CX.
• Engage with C-level executives to establish trust and serve as a trusted advisor on Oracle SaaS solutions.
• Drive strategic business development, including pipeline development and opportunity qualification.
• Oversee client delivery, ensuring programs and projects meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience within the Oracle SaaS ecosystem (ERP, SCM, CX).
• Deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings and ability to articulate their value effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
