Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, is seeking a Senior Director Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to join their team. As a  Solution Architect, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting global supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $169K - $247K

What's the Job?

• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for complex manufacturing clients by architecting innovative Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand current operations, future requirements, and transformation goals.
• Design and implement end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
• Support business development efforts by developing go-to-market strategies, participating in client presentations, and leading solution demonstrations.
• Mentor project teams and ensure solutions align with technical standards, business needs, and strategic objectives.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management implementation and consulting.
• 5+ years of leading Oracle Cloud SCM projects in a Solution Architect or senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud modules such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
• Experience supporting complex manufacturing clients, including aerospace, defense, or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate business value and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
