Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

Pay Range: $55/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception through successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track and communicate program status, key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates.
  • Proactively identify potential program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product management, operations, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution and decision-making.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise technology programs with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid program management environments, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
