What's the Job?
- Lead and execute comprehensive user experience research initiatives to inform product design and development.
- Apply AI tools actively within research workflows to enhance synthesis, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative studies, including large-scale surveys and benchmark tests.
- Extract and interpret behavioral data from platforms such as Power BI, Amplitude, or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to embed AI-native research practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in applying AI tools within research contexts, demonstrating active application and integration.
- Strong quantitative research skills, including survey design, statistical analysis, and insight generation.
- Hands-on experience with behavioral data platforms like Power BI, Amplitude, or similar.
- Solid background in mixed-methods research, capable of transitioning seamlessly between qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Experience leading AI-related research initiatives from inception to delivery, with a focus on scalable solutions.
