Senior UX Researcher

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and research sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior UX Researcher to join their dynamic team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be an integral part of the research and development department, supporting cross-functional teams in creating user-centered solutions. What's the Job?

• Lead and execute comprehensive user experience research initiatives to inform product design and development.
• Apply AI tools actively within research workflows to enhance synthesis, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative studies, including large-scale surveys and benchmark tests.
• Extract and interpret behavioral data from platforms such as Power BI, Amplitude, or similar tools to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to embed AI-native research practices and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in applying AI tools within research contexts, demonstrating active application and integration.
• Strong quantitative research skills, including survey design, statistical analysis, and insight generation.
• Hands-on experience with behavioral data platforms like Power BI, Amplitude, or similar.
• Solid background in mixed-methods research, capable of transitioning seamlessly between qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Experience leading AI-related research initiatives from inception to delivery, with a focus on scalable solutions.
