Senior Product Designer

Our client, a leading organization in the enterprise communication industry, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be part of the Webex Calling Experiences team supporting complex communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong systems thinking, collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Design end-to-end calling experiences across Webex desktop, web, mobile, and device surfaces.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, architects, researchers, and other designers to define user flows, interaction models, and implementation-ready designs.
• Proactively identify opportunities where user needs, product strategy, and platform capabilities intersect, then use design artifacts, prototypes, and storytelling to help the team align on direction.
• Explore how AI-assisted and agentic workflows can improve real-time communication without adding friction or reducing user trust.
• Create prototypes at the right level of fidelity, from quick workflow explorations to polished concepts for stakeholder alignment, usability testing, and engineering handoff.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products.
• A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking, interaction design, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or similarly complex product ecosystems.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear design direction.
• A proactive approach to identifying gaps, framing opportunities, and helping teams make better product decisions before solutions are fully defined.
