3DX PLM Program Manager

Our client is seeking a 3DX PLM Program Manager to join their team. As a 3DX PLM Program Manager, you will be part of the IT and Business Transformation organization supporting the PLM implementation effort. The ideal candidate will have strong program leadership, enterprise PLM transformation experience, and the ability to lead daily stakeholder engagement in French, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $60 per hour
 

What's the Job?

• Lead the implementation of a 3DX PLM system for Completion activities, ensuring the solution is optimized to meet business needs.
• Partner with the IT Project Manager at headquarters and business stakeholders to align scope, outcomes, and delivery approach.
• Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure) to deliver time, budget, quality, and benefits outcomes.
• Lead a team of business analysts and Subject Matter Experts, including communications, integrated change management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide regular, accurate, and timely project status updates to PMO leadership and other stakeholders; develop and release required project management documentation.

What's Needed?

• French fluency is mandatory: strong spoken French for business conversations and the ability to lead daily meetings in French; reading/writing can be flexible, but spoken French must be strong.
• Strong program/project management experience, including leading large PLM transformation, implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) / PLM environments; experience with 3DX is a major challenge for this search.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership, including managing schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Experience managing business analysts and SMEs; maintain a PMP (or equivalent) certification.
