Data Science Lead/Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data-driven solutions sector, is seeking a Data Science Lead/Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Data Science Lead/Manager, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Product Analysts to drive strategic initiatives.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, product analysts, analytics engineers, and platform specialists.
• Define team structure, hiring plans, and skills development strategies to foster growth and excellence.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms to ensure team success.
• Coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.

• Proven experience leading data science and analytics teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of predictive modeling, AI, and analytics tools and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate analytics work into measurable business outcomes.
