Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer - C2

Location: Los Angeles, CA, US (Onsite 3 days/week)

What's the Job?

  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end QA testing across functional, automation, and performance domains for a B2C portal within the account.
  • Collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual and automated test scripts, identify defects, and track issues through resolution to ensure software quality.
  • Participate in regression testing, release validation, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Document test results clearly and communicate findings efficiently to project stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive experience (8+ years) as a well-rounded Quality Engineering professional with expertise in functional testing, test automation, and performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript; familiarity with Reflect.run is a plus.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and proficiency in AI-powered development and productivity tools like Claude and Cursor IDE.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, test execution, and defect management tools such as Jira and TestRail.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines, complemented by excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
