Teamcenter Solution Architect

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and engineering industry, is seeking a Teamcenter Solution Architect to join their team. As a Teamcenter Solution Architect, you will be part of the engineering support department supporting product lifecycle management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead the design and implementation of integrated PLM solutions focusing on Teamcenter Product Configurator and Quality modules.
• Define scalable architecture connecting product configuration, quality processes, and digital thread to ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns for configuration and quality management.
• Guide development teams on data modeling, extensions, and customization using BMIDE, ITK, and SOA.
• Lead end-to-end implementation programs, mentor team members, and provide architectural leadership for digital quality transformation initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 12-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations, with at least 5 years specializing in Teamcenter Product Configurator and Quality modules.
• Deep understanding of BOM management, variant conditions, effectivity, and quality processes such as NCM, CAPA, and audits.
• Strong expertise in BMIDE, ITK, and integration strategies using SOA/REST APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale projects, defining architecture standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance (ISO, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor teams and collaborate across functions.
