Data Engineer

Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services group, is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team.  
 

Job Title: Data Engineer 

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) 

What’s the Job?

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica.
• Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Support operational reporting initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
• Analyze source system data and implement efficient ETL solutions to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance issues, and data quality concerns.

What’s Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (or comparable Informatica tools).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience working with large-scale relational databases and data warehouse environments.
• Strong understanding of ETL development best practices, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
