Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in ambulatory surgery services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Workday HCM Implementation Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Workday HCM Implementation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful launch of Workday Human Capital Management for their Ambulatory Surgery Centers, ensuring seamless HR workflows, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Job Title:Workday HCM Implementation Analyst

Location:Fremont, California, with open options for remote work. Preference for some on-site presence to facilitate collaboration and project success.

Pay Range:$48.00 to $62.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM implementation within the organization, focusing on ambulatory surgery centers.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure system accuracy and functionality prior to go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR workflows, benefits, time tracking, and payroll processes.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and ongoing system support, potentially transitioning into a full-time role or staff augmentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback on system performance and user experience.

What's Needed?

• Strong knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), including benefits and payroll modules.
• Experience with HR workflows, benefits administration, time tracking, and payroll processing.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to project needs and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
