Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service management sector, is seeking a Change Management Governance Analyst to join their team. As a Change Management Governance Analyst, you will be part of the Service Management Governance team supporting various governance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Charlotte, North Carolina

What's the Job?

  • Provide operational and governance support for Service Management Governance, focusing on Change Management Governance.
  • Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance review forums.
  • Facilitate governance reviews for high-risk and complex technology changes.
  • Track governance actions, risks, exceptions, approvals, and remediation activities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly governance reporting dashboards and executive summaries.

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Technology Operations, IT Governance, Service Management, or Program Support.
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
  • Experience creating executive reporting dashboards and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
