Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client is seeking a QA Analyst II to join their team. As a QA Analyst II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing procedures.
• Oversee the execution of testing activities to ensure thorough coverage and timely delivery.
• Review and validate project deliverables to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Track and report key quality metrics, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate effective communication between QA, engineering, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in QA methodologies, automation, and evaluation techniques.
• Strong technical background in building technologies, physical security systems, and network security.
• Certifications such as CCure, Genetec, and Sureview, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading QA projects and teams, preferably in a contractor or consulting capacity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
