Our client is seeking a QA Analyst II to join their team. As a QA Analyst II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing procedures.
- Oversee the execution of testing activities to ensure thorough coverage and timely delivery.
- Review and validate project deliverables to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Track and report key quality metrics, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication between QA, engineering, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in QA methodologies, automation, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong technical background in building technologies, physical security systems, and network security.
- Certifications such as CCure, Genetec, and Sureview, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading QA projects and teams, preferably in a contractor or consulting capacity.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
