Our client is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Enterprise Commercial team supporting pre-launch programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support the Enterprise Commercial Head - Pre-Launch Programs by coordinating activities across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication among diverse stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
- Organize and track project information, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Maintain trackers, status updates, meeting notes, and action items to ensure transparency and follow-through.
- Assist in structured reporting, governance activities, and escalation of outstanding items when necessary.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships or academic projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, geographies, and time zones, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
