Test Automation Engineer

Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join their team. As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead QA efforts for Life Insurance projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders onshore teams and offshore QA teams.
• Drive test strategy planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk management.
• Ensure quality standards, processes, and best practices are followed across all testing phases.
• Lead creation and review of test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, etc.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Selenium WebDriver, and other testing tools.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber BDD.
