What's the Job?
- Proactively engage with business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across various initiatives.
- Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with real-world use cases.
- Influence stakeholders on new or significant changes to IAM enterprise solutions to promote effective adoption.
- Act as an Engagement Partner for IAM across business units, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teams, improving user experience and capabilities.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, with a focus on IAM.
- Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding migrations or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments such as Azure, GCP, or on-premises Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, and directory services.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
