Information Security Analyst 4

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Information Security Analyst 4 to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the Security Operations Department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive engagement, and a collaborative mindset to succeed in this role.

What's the Job?

• Proactively engage with business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across various initiatives.
• Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with real-world use cases.
• Influence stakeholders on new or significant changes to IAM enterprise solutions to promote effective adoption.
• Act as an Engagement Partner for IAM across business units, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teams, improving user experience and capabilities.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, with a focus on IAM.
• Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding migrations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments such as Azure, GCP, or on-premises Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, and directory services.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
