Supply Chain Analyst 2

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PRODUCT CONTROL ENGINEER 1 (SUPPLY CHAIN) to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing and engineering support functions, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and enhance operational efficiencies. Job Title: Product Control Engineer 1 (Supply Chain)

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $30 to $34/Hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing specifications and Bill-of-Material (BOM) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate the planning, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early prototype samples for new product implementation and sustaining products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product engineering and supply chain to resolve materials shortages, backlogs, and schedule interruptions.
• Establish sample schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity on small to medium scales.

What's Needed?

• Experience with material planning, logistics, and scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and overseas teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Process-oriented thinking with a background in prototyping electronic components or familiarity with semiconductors and supply chain processes is a plus.
