Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Workday Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Workday Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the Payroll product team supporting the organization’s payroll operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet organizational goals.
- Engage in testing, configuration, and requirement gathering within the Workday Payroll module.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Extensive Workday experience, particularly with payroll processes and configurations.
- Workday Payroll certification is a strong plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with product, technology, and leadership teams.
