Our client is seeking a Data Support Specialist to join their team. As a Data Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting various operational functions including Development, S&OP, and General Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Clean, consolidate, and format large datasets from multiple operational systems to update reports regularly.
- Maintain, update, and enhance existing Power BI dashboards to improve data visualization and reporting efficiency.
- Assist with inventory tracking data, supply chain metrics, and supply plan file maintenance.
- Help input and track packaging, formulation, or master data specifications within internal systems.
- Perform routine audits on transactional data to ensure accuracy and data integrity across systems.
What's Needed?
- Expertise in advanced Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, Index/Match, nested IF statements, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic VBA/Macros.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization and analytical tools, including connecting data sources and editing dashboards.
- Ability to quickly learn new software, databases, and operational workflows.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
