Our client, the banking and financial services industry, is seeking a Branch Operations Representative to join their team. As a Branch Operations Representative, you will be part of the branch support team, assisting with customer account processing and operational duties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Process a variety of new customer accounts including checking, IRA, and CD accounts.
- Collect required information from new account customers and complete account setup processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies.
- Operate a cash drawer daily and process various types of transactions accurately.
- Support branch audit certifications and ensure compliance with bank policies and federal regulations.
What's Needed?
- Associates Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in new accounts processing or related financial services roles.
- Knowledge of banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
- Proficiency in computer systems, account opening software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
