Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a dynamic organization in the e-commerce and retail industry, is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting the growth and optimization of third-party e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, analytical curiosity, and effective collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:Digital Marketing Manager

Location:Alameda, CA - Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day/week remote

What's the Job?

• Own end-to-end setup, refresh, and ongoing optimization of product detail pages (PDPs) across retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, and others.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, digital assets, and ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure PDPs reflect current messaging, claims, and promotional priorities.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates, content effectiveness, and PDP engagement.
• Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimization and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopper experience.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and other major retailer sites.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon systems and PDP content management (required); experience with Walmart, Walgreens, Best Buy (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
