Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for platform implementation.
• Coordinate with architecture, telephony, and external application teams to define integration requirements.
• Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify new capabilities and assess business value.
• Ensure requirements align with enterprise architecture principles and existing platforms.
• Work with development and testing teams to validate functionality across various phases.

What's Needed?

• Experience working with contact center platforms and integration requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate discovery sessions and prioritize enhancements.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and platform integration.
• Experience in coordinating with development and testing teams for validation processes.
