Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in oncology care, is seeking an Oncology Specialist to join their team. As an Oncology Specialist, you will be part of the clinical support and technical operations team, supporting oncology applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support oncology application lifecycle management, including upgrades and end-of-life activities.
  • Coordinate legacy application/server sunsets and cloud migrations in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize application performance.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless application and infrastructure integration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for oncology applications, providing guidance and support during implementations and upgrades.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in oncology applications and workflows.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, especially with Varian and Mosaic platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, with some experience in cloud migrations.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with clinical, technical, and infrastructure teams in healthcare settings.
