Strategic Enablement Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the data and analytics sector, is seeking a Strategic Enablement Manager to join their team. As a Strategic Enablement Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Data Enablement department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead enterprise analytics enablement initiatives and manage timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Drive execution of governance, profitability enablement, and data citizen programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and scale capabilities
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure delivery of measurable business value
• Support adoption and advancement of analytics maturity across the organization

• Proven experience leading enterprise analytics projects and cross-functional programs
• Strong understanding of data governance and profitability enablement practices
• Effective collaboration and partnership across business functions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable, scalable data solutions
