Senior Financial Analyst (Contract)

Our client, a global healthcare and medical diagnostics organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Finance/FP&A Department supporting Financial Planning & Analysis, Marketing, and Business Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (Contract)
Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite)
Pay Range: $50/hour + Overtime (1.5x after 40 hours)

What's the Job?

  • Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, LBEs, and long-range projections for P&L and balance sheet metrics.
  • Support month-end close activities including revenue reconciliations, journal entries, and expense analysis.
  • Assist with S&OP processes, variance analysis, cash conversion tracking, and IBP metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Create and enhance reporting tools, templates, and dashboards while providing ad hoc management reporting.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.
  • Direct Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
  • Manufacturing, Fortune 500, or consolidation reporting experience preferred.
