Our client, a leading organization in the technology and legal operations sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Privacy Program team supporting data governance, privacy initiatives, and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects within the privacy and data governance domain.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to determine needs and requirements.
- Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial status reports to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project, program, legal operations, privacy programs, and data governance.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish timelines, track dependencies, and identify risks.
- Effective collaboration experience with Legal, Privacy, Product, or other corporate functions.
- Excellent facilitation skills to lead meetings, establish objectives, guide discussions, and drive follow-up actions.
