Senior Gen AI Python Engineer

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Gen AI Python Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Gen AI Python Engineer, you will be part of the IB Analytics team supporting innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and enhance Python-based Generative AI services and agent workflows for enterprise applications.
• Implement MCP server and client integrations, including security and authorization patterns.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines, including ingestion, retrieval, and answer synthesis processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and operational telemetry for AI components to ensure production readiness.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with Python for backend ML or GenAI application development.
• Proven experience building GenAI applications, LLM workflows, or AI-enabled production services.
• Solid understanding of MCP concepts, tools, prompts, and server-client architectures.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar.
• Knowledge of API development using FastAPI, async programming, and secure service integration.
