Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SOC Manager to join their team. As a SOC Manager, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting the organization's cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's Security Operations Center (SOC) strategies and processes.
- Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection activities to safeguard organizational assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor SOC team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Analyze security data, generate reports for executive leadership, and recommend improvements to security posture.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or related fields with a minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, and regulatory guidance like FFIEC and NCUA.
- Experience managing security tools including SIEM, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex security topics to diverse audiences.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
