ERP Consultant - Oracle

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Consultant - Oracle to join their team. As an  Consultant - Oracle, you will be part of the Payroll and HR support team, contributing to successful implementations and system optimizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Oracle Payroll Professional

Location:Atlanta, GA (onsite)

Pay range: $80 to $110 hourly on w2.

What's the Job?

• Lead Oracle Payroll Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Design and configure Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud solutions to meet client needs
• Manage SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing processes, providing leadership and guidance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Benefits, Time & Labor, Finance, and HR for seamless integration
• Develop and review payroll inbound and outbound integrations, along with audit and reconciliation reports

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll and HR implementations
• College degree preferred
• Proven leadership in SIT, UAT, and Parallel Testing phases
• Expertise in solution design, governance, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong knowledge of payroll inbound/outbound integrations, audit, and reconciliation processes
