Our client, is seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join their team. As a NOC Engineer, you will be part of the Network Operations Center supporting critical network infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Monitor network, service, application, and infrastructure platforms in real time to ensure optimal performance.
- Detect, acknowledge, correlate, and prioritize alarms, alerts, and service-impacting events.
- Perform initial triage and impact assessment for various network issues including routing, switching, and security.
- Create, update, and manage incident tickets with accurate and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate incident response activities, including escalation, technical updates, and service restoration efforts.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on experience supporting network environments such as enterprise, ISP, or service provider networks.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Spectrum, Splunk, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of network technologies including routing, switching, fiber optics, and WAN protocols.
- Experience working in a 24x7 operations environment handling critical incidents and outages.
- Familiarity with OEM/vendor technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, or Palo Alto.
