Senior ServiceNow Developer

One of our leading clients, is seeking a dedicated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be an integral part of the IT Service Management department supporting various teams involved in infrastructure and capacity management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technology solutions, which will align successfully within the organization.

Note - Locals who are ready to work on W2 are highly preferred. OPT/L2/H4 EADs/GC EADs are also acceptable as long as they are ready to work on Experis Payroll.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow to support Capacity Management processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Discovery, and Reporting.
• Create capacity dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports for various infrastructure resources.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Automate data collection, trend analysis, threshold alerts, and capacity planning workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL data analysis.
• Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Knowledge of ITIL Capacity Management processes and infrastructure performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
